Vibrant, playful, and full of unexpected wonder; this whimsical, fast-paced production of William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew brings the art of clowning to the heart of Rochester.
A show for all audiences; families, couples, and those who are seeking that childish joy of being playful once more.
SYNOPSIS
Katherina Minola is known far and wide for her sharp tongue and violent rhetoric. She meets her match, however, in the bold and boorish antics of Petruccio. They are a perfect match in wit and in wills, but cutting through shrewish habits might take more than either of them bargained for.
A foolish romance with profound insight into a kind of love that makes children of us all.
Join our cast of dreamers and fools as they tell a tale of love turned on its head; where beauty is the beast and tomfoolery is a very serious matter indeed. In this Imaginarium nothing is what it seems. Filled with music, acrobatics, slapstick, and more, it’s an interactive experience you have to see to believe.
